Mouse lag on both monitors
my bluetooth logitech mouse has been lagging since i hooked up my new display driver and downloaded the most current software. Its a really bad lag and does not move sometimes, other times it only moves if i move mouse really slowly. Batteries in mouse are brand new. The mouse doesnt lag when i disconnect the displaylink monitor and does when it is connected. The touchpad on my macbook does not lag however only the bluetooth mouse, my bluetooth mac keyboard with no dognle doesnt lag.
Two HP monitors connected, one via DisplayLink and one via thunderbolt. Both HMDI cables. Mid-2012 Macbook pro Bluetooth Logitech Mouse (lagging) |

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on the forum. May you please record a short video depicting the mouse lag? I would like to see it for further analysis. Please also follow this guide to gather log files for me: https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink Thank you for your actions and time. Kind regards, Jakub
