Default Ubuntu 18.04.1 fresh install and D6000 dock monitors not available

I have a freshly installed Ubuntu 18.04.1 machine with the latest DisplayLink drivers installed, but the displays are not recognized. The hub is used with a Windows 10 machine, so I know the displays function appropriately with the hub.

The two displays do show up in xrandr as providers, but are not configurable within settings.

No secure boot (just this error in dmesg about it because it's not available on this machine: "secureboot: Secure boot could not be determined (mode 0)").

I'm happy to dig in and troubleshoot, if you can help provide direction for other things to try. See attached support bundle.

Thank you!
