Default Does Y-3702 (it use DL-3500) support frame buffer /dev/fb1 in uBuntu 16.04.3 LTS?

I bought a Y-3702 two days ago and want to use frame buffer /dev/fb1 in Linux PC of uBuntu 16.04.3 LTS to draw pictures on the connected Monitor of Full-HD resolution (1920x1080). However, it seems the Y-3702 could not correctly recognize my LG monitor. The resolution reported from "fbset -i -fb /dev/fb1" is always 1024x768. I have attached the messages of "fbset -i" and "dmesg -w" of my uBuntu Linux as followings. My PC is "Shuttle Slim PC XH110G".
Following message does always show up as soon as I plug-in the Y-3702 into the USB3.0 port of my PC.

evdi evdi.0: No connectors reported connected with modes

Then, following message comes along accordingly.

[drm] Cannot find any crtc or sizes - going 1024x768

Is it normal?

Please help me to solve this problem ASAP.
Thanks a lot.

Best Regards,

David Lee,
