iMo Pivot Touch - Unknown Device Code 43

i have a iMo Pivot Touch that is impossible to install. The touch funktion work but no display. I have tried install the screen on Windows 7, windows Xp, Mac OSX on three diffrent computers but always get a code 43 unknown device. I have tried other usb cables and usb ports and hubs. Wtf is the problem here

This usually means that the PC cannot communicate with the USB device, usually due to a hardware issue. More information can be found here:
