Default Loosing USB Devices - annoying

I sent an email with the logs to DisplayLink and await a response.

I have one of these devices

After upgrading to macOS Sequoia 15.3.2, DisplayLink started malfunctioning, losing all the attached USB peripherals.

If I unplug the M3 laptop and use a different USB port on the laptop to connect the hub, it works for a while, and then the USBs are lost again.

I updated to the latest DisplayLink Manager 1.12.0 (Build 33), which didn't solve the problem.

Any suggestions

Hello gurkan,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you have contacted our support, please wait for a response from our team.

From our tests, upgrading to macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 shouldn't have any impact on our app working properly.

Yeah, this is not the only report of 15.3.2 being a problem.

I also have this thread:
https://displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=69576

Not sure under what set of conditions 15.3.2 caused this issue for many people (maybe its a specific models?), but it is absolutely a real problem, that multiple people are reporting.

I have sent in a support bundle collection. I have received no email back from tech support though.

Please, this is a real problem, and I will do anything to help as well.

Cheers,
Greg
