Can't calibrate monitor when using DisplayPort
Since switching my monitors to DispayPort out, I cannot calibrate them.
I had the color profile calibrated when using HDMI out, but now I cannot change anything. If I select a different profile, or try to calibrate from scratch, nothing changes on the display. Is anyone else using Displayport having this issue? I'm on a 2019 MBP running Catalina (10.15.5) Dual Samsung 24" CF390 monitors (both connected via Displayport to HDMI cables) Startech USB-C Dock DK30CH2DEP (DisplayLink Manager 1.1.0) |

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out! In MacOS our drivers do not support monitor calibration. It is planned, but we don't have a timescale for releasing it. There is also a dependency on support in MacOS for this. Best regards, Katarzyna

I can calibrate when it's using the HDMI port, but not via Displayport?
It doesn't support clamshell mode. It won't support unlock with Apple Watch. This dock retails for over $300 US and it can't do anything more than a $20 adapter! Last edited by bradc; 08-19-2020 at 03:49 PM. |
