Default D6000 dock USB inputs glitchy

I have the Dell d6000 dock that uses displaylink,

The issue is that at random times, keyboard inputs would not register, or register multiple times, soo it sometimes misses some keys, usually at the start of typing and randomly duplicate letters where only having to press the key only once.

In addition, randomly the mouse would also lag/ not move even though it was moving just a few seconds ago.

As for the setup.
I have connected 3 monitors via the USB-C cable into the laptop's thunderbolt port. (monitor displays are fine and working)
I have peripherals connected to a USB switch then connected to the dock,
I don't think this issue is due to the USB switch as when using on my main PC, I don't experience the issue at all.

I have tried updating/uninstalling the USB drivers and thunderbolt drivers for my laptop and did not help with the issue.

Let me know if there are things i can test at my end to help with troubleshooting the issue.

Based solely on your description, it sound like this Dell 'USB-C Patch' may help --> https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER034..._SETUP_ZPE.exe

Thank you so much for your suggestion,
I installed it and it seems to have fixed my issue,
Its been a few days of usage and have not encountered any glitch or issues.

Thank you again.
