Default D3100 Windows 10 Display Issues Disconnecting

I recently upgraded from a Wireless D5000 dock because when I upgraded to Windows 10 it was compatible. I then purchased a d3100 usb dock and it worked fine for about a month or two. Now I am getting random disconnects and I can't figure out half the time how to get it to reconnect. I am running Windows 10 on a Dell Latitude 6430u laptop. I have recently upgraded all the new drivers and software for this dock and am out of options. I don't think my device manager is even showing the dock in there anymore.

Attached is the troubleshooting zip file. Please let me know what I can do to fix this. Thanks!

Smile fixed.

turns out the "actual multiple monitors" application was causing my usb to malfunction. every 2 seconds it would make the disconnect/reconnect usb sound. i closed the app and then everything worked. i also now have uninstalled that application. all appears to be fine for now!
