bcdedit vs startup-options??
Hi Splinx,
Is using bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS the command-line way of getting into the 'normal' startup-options => disable integrity checks?? (I guess so, just curious) OK: did the upgrade using bcdedit. I got a couple of hickups: TESTSIGNING ON didn't work at first because 'secure boot' was on. You can disable this BIOS feature (Press F2 right at startup on a Dell XPS13) The “unsupported driver” – “Intel USB 3.0 Root hub” device wasn't located at the Universal Serial Bus Controller section but in its own 'unknown devices' area The rest of the process was pretty straight-forward. Thanks! Last edited by Ruud; 08-16-2013 at 02:41 PM. Reason: updated driver |
