Hi,
I'm an IT administrator of a company and we've got an annoying issue with our displaylink installation. Context : All of our users are using macbook pro (m1,m2 ...), belkin docking station (Dual Display USB-C Dock) and 2 samsung display (LF24T450FQRXEN or LS24E65UPL). DisplayLink Manager is deployed on all macbooks with recent release. Problem : When disconnecting the usb-c cable, the next connection will not detect the 2 displays. We are forced to disconnect and reconnect the usb-c cable one more time to make it work. For simplicity, the dock works half the time. A lot of my co workers get this problem (myself include). Did you know this issue and have you got an idea on how we can fix it ? |
