Was banned for no reason

Dear sir or madam,

I brought your product and got problems with mac os x lion.
Searching on the forum I found somebody else who got the same problem.
So I wrote that I got the same problem, maybe a computer report from me could help you to fix this.

Than there was a second post in which I suggest a costumer voting system to vote for bugs and features. Just to see how many people got this problem.

Instead of an answer I was banned:

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

Thank you for your support.
Maybe I should send you product back?

Look forward for my negative review on amazon.

For problems with Lion, please refer to the updates today that many of the issues with Lion have been fixed by Apple with the 10.7.2 update.
