Unhappy HP USB-C Universal Dock vs. MacBookPro vs. Grafics

Hello folks!

Workstation: MacBookPro 15". 2017 - Radeon Pro 555 2 GB & Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Dock: HP USB-C Universal Dock (Model: HSA-B005DS)

I have the following problem: when my computer is connected to the dock, all graphic-intensive programs don't work anymore: Adobe Dimension, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc. Also Photoshop denies OpenGL and I can't open/edit 3D data. So the dock prevents the graphics cards from switching to the Radeon Pro. Fun Fact: once I remove the MacBook from the Dock, all apps are working perfectly. It's desperate.

Do you have any idea how I can get the dock to accept the Radeon card?
The automatic change of graphics cards in System Preferences is disabled.

Thanks,
Massimo
