Question How many displays can I configure?

I have a lenovo thinkpad t410 with an i7 and 8GB RAM running Windows 7 64-bit.
I have a display usb to uga adapter, and I am considering buying several more of these adapters. What is the maximum number of total displays I can configure and use simultaneously?

Up to 6 USB displays are supported on Windows 7.

So, 6 USB displays are supported; can I also run the two displays that I have connected through a basic VGA connection at the same time, for a total of 8 screens?
