Default Lenovo W530 with nvidia Quadro K1000M

I'm still on the release preview (Build 8400), so if someone can confirm that this issue is fixed in RTM, I'll just wait for that.

I've set the BIOS to be discrete, but it doesn't work. Optimus mode also doesn't work. The Intel HD 4000 drivers keep on installing themselves, so I guess they have to be installed for the notebook's screen to work.

I'm using the latest nvidia drivers for the Quadro K1000M:
306.02-notebook-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-international-beta

The software seems to install correctly (7.0M0) (i.e. the monitors are detected, they seem to be "connected", their resolution is being detected ). However, the monitors are black, and don't show anything. I noticed in the release notes that the "black" issue was supposed to be resolved, but it seems like this particular setup is still an issue.

I'm using the Targus ACA039US (2 outputs) if it matters.

Since this is on a work laptop, I cannot attach the debug file to this post, but I am willing to email it or PM it to a representative.

Thanks!
