Default Which adapter for two external USB monitors?

Hello,
I want to use two ASUS MB169b+ monitors with a 15" 2013 Macbook Pro with a MacOS 10.13.

Right now one of them mirrors the Macbook and the other is an extended desktop. I want both of them to be extended.

From some research I understand that I can use an adapter to attach additional monitors. The adapters page says that "you can add up to ... four additional monitors to your Mac" but it seems that all the adapters are for HDMI/DVI/VGA displays.

It's not clear to me which of these would work with a USB display.

For example, USB 3.0 Dual Video Display Adapter W/2 USB 3.0 Port has the features:
- Single USB 3.0 connection to support for Dual Display (HDMI and DVI) and Two USB 3.0 ports to your computer system
- Dual Display Support allow adding up two monitors for Extend / Mirror or Primary Display
- HDMI (2048x1152) and DVI (1920x1200) ports for two external monitors supports

From this I cannot tell whether this would allow adding two USB monitors, because it only mentions HDMI and DVI ports for monitors.

Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.
