Exclamation Timeframe for DisplayLink MacOS 15.1 update

Good Morning,

Does anyone know the eta of an update to the DisplayLink driver for MacOS 15.1 to update the drivers to allow our additional monitors to work. Currently my default monitor keeps going to standby mode using usbc to HDMI cable when both connected directly to my MBP Apple M1 Pro running the latest 15.1 software and also via a hub. The weird part is it shows up for a second when plugging and unplugging and then goes into standby every time shortly thereafter but the computer still acts like the monitor is still there, meaning the password screen. My HDMI to HDMI 27" Acer monitor works with the hub, my Huion 27" Touchscreen works with HDMI and USBC plugged directly to my MBP. For some reason the 3rd monitor 27" Acer will not function and keeps going into standby as mentioned above. This has been an ongoing issue with DisplayLink after Apple updates and it appears their dev team does not keep up to date with releases from Apple as other 3rd parties do.

Hello,

Can you please share more details I will need logfiles to check the feedback from the driver. For instructions on how to gather the logfiles please navigate to the following article How to report macOS issues to DisplayLink

And aslo for speedy support please send an email with the logfiles and detailed problem description to: technical-enquiries@synaptics.com

Default Only 1 monitor works with Sequoia 15.1

After the latest Mac upgrade to Sequoia 15.1 only 1 of the dual screens from my portable monitor from Upperizon works. Both screens previously worked but after the Sequoia to 15.1 Mac upgrade, the driver appears to be lacking compatibility for both screens. All Upperizon documentation states is to download*the DisplayLink driver to get both screens to work, and it previously was working fine.* I also have submitted a support ticket but have not heard back as of yet on a resolution.
