Default apt problem with Synaptics APT repository

Following the website, and "Synaptics APT repository", it ran through until here:

Code:
$ sudo apt --fix-broken install
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Correcting dependencies... Done
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:
  libevdi1
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove it.
The following additional packages will be installed:
  evdi
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  evdi
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 2 not upgraded.
1 not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0 B/48,9 kB of archives.
After this operation, 0 B of additional disk space will be used.
There seems to be no way out of this, neither with installing / uninstalling of evdi.
*buntu 24.4.1.

I had removed the earlier stand-alone before, including reboot.

How to get out of this?
