Default Ethernet stopped working

I have Plugable USB 3.0 docking station which has been working beautifully with Windows 10 for months, but from yesterday the ethernet connection does not work. (Its fine if I plug the ethernet cable direct into laptop, so its not a cable or router issue). I have reinstalled the software, updated network adapter driver to latest and it still doesn't work. I have run the diagnostic tool and it says system is compatible. Log file attached.

Can anyone help?

Hello Andrew,
In some cases, there are issues with Ethernet driver updates through Windows 10.
Drivers can either get corrupted or just not found.
In your log, I can see some USB issues relating to the Ethernet indeed.
When you removed the software to reinstall it, have you used the End User Cleaner utility?
If not, please have a look at the following article: KB678310: DisplayLink Ethernet or Audio drivers are not loading after upgrading to Windows 10
