WiFi disconnects when plugging Asus 168B+ on Surface Pro 3 - Win 10
Hi,
The WiFi stops working when I plug the Asus monitor 168B+ to my Surface Pro 3 on Windows 10. The wifi adapter is still working and seems able to reach the networks but not to connect to them. Please find the logs attached. Any suggestion? Thank you. Marco. |

Hello Marco,
This Asus device doesn't have any network adapter or driver used. The monitor (or other device drivers) doesn't have the capability of changing third party network connection. What I can see from Network_Statistics.txt is that your Wi-Fi card is not associated with any access point Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected I suggest you look at resetting your network settings by deleting the network adapter from Device Manager and forcing rediscovery. Kind regards, Alban
