D3000 Dock and Dell E6430u problems

Hi we've been experiencing problems with the D3000 and Dell E6430u Models.

This was working on the first day I installed it for a user and the following day the dock stopped working.

The USB devices seem to be functioning as intended however the monitor would not display any output.

After hours of troubleshooting I've performed the following steps
1. Performed the steps from this sticky post http://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=896
2. Completely uninstalled and removed all USB Drivers and Re-installed with the latest USB 3.0 drivers as stated from this KB http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=315
3. Used the Displaylink Support Tool, which then enabled Monitor Output http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
4. Attempted the following steps above on 2 other USB slots on the laptop
5. Attempted to use the dock on 2 other Desktop Machines in order to troubleshoot
--> Result of LAN network port not seeming to work on the Desktop Machines even tho the Green and Orange lights are correctly flickering on the dock. One of these machines have been plugged in with USB 3.0 ports.
Desktop Machine seems to sometimes detect displaylink however not Video Output will be produced.

Now that the device displays the monitor it comes out as very flickery and laggy, I'm seeing image delays even tho they are there in real time.
Also it seems like the device keeps dropping in and out, hearing the USB / External device sound popping in and out as if I'm manually re-connecting and disconnecting it.
In the Device Manager it seems like there's an "Unknown Device" Displayed which is referring to the dock.
It seems to be very inconsistent.
