Default Docking station not working correctly

Hi,
I have a USB3.0 docking station connected with my Dell XPS13.
Keyboard and mouse are OK but Network and monitor are not working.
I find this page and find that I have "set address failed" at displaylink USB adapater.

So, I find this other page, run the tool and I attach the file to this messsage.
Could you help me ?

Just to explain the situation.
I bought this laptop and docking station last year. Everything worked fine until Windows 8.1 update. As I wasn't able to fix the problem, last month I reset my laptop from factory configuration. This time, I didn't connect the station until 8.1 update and others smalls updates.
Last week I connect my docking station and everythink worked fine.

but today
many thanks for your help
best regards

Default Exchange If Its An ACP70

Laurence,

I suspect you have a dodgy dock. That is, some ACP70 have an inductor value that has drifted over time enabling a ringing on a low power input rail to the DisplayLink device that will at times start and others not, an intermittent.

I recommend you exchange the dock for a new one. Targus' factory has modified the hardware and fixed the issue.

If it is not an ACP70, then post back.

Laurence, I had the exact same problem. Just pull the power out for 5+ seconds and back in.
