Logout, no audio and no external display issue

I have two external dell monitors with i-tec USB 3.0 and Linux Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. My laptop is Lenovo ideapad Y700. When I try to connect to external monitors through i-tech docking stations I get following issues:

1- When I connect to only hdmi (1 monitor only), my laptop audio goes away plus I don't see any display or detection on external monitor.
2- When I connect to only dvi (1 monitor only). my laptop logs out my user. I try to log in but it rolls back to logout screen after a small dark display in my laptop. Again no display or detection on external monitor. This is also what happens when I try to connect both external monitors on both hdmi and dvi ports.

I don't know how to get the support files for 2nd issue as it remains logged out all the time. But for the first issue, support files are these:
