Windows 8.1 Pro Issue With 7" USB Display

Hello, ive got a very strange issue, ive installed the drivers for my 7" display (doublesight) and all was well, until i rebooted, i now have a blank orange screen (this is the desktop colour) and only the windows8.1 "charms bar" shows, i cannot drag and drop from my primary monitor, ive tried everything and tried 5 sets of drivers, id like to be able to display AIDA64 stats on the screen but at the moment this is impossible to do as i cannot drag anything on to it, the mouse cursor shows but when i try and drag an icon to it i get the (/) "no access" logo this is the "cursor" i get when i try to drag anything onto the screen

EDIT: It works in extend mode but only in landscape not portrait in windows 8.1 pro, this is no use to me as i want the screen to display Aida64 stats in portrait mode as the screen is inside my PC

Any help here would be greatly appreciated,

EDIT: never mind, ive switched to windows7 no more problems.
