Default D6000 - Faulty DisplayPort & USB-C Connections

I have a recently purchased D6000 that doesn't appear to be feeding a signal to a U4919DW monitor via DisplayPort or USB-C. The HDMI connection does work.

I've confirmed that connecting my XPS13 directly to the monitor via USB-C works without issue.

Is there a known bug with the D6000? Has anyone found a solution or do I need to return the hardware?

Default D6000 Issues

Update: I purchased a DisplayPort to HDMI cable and am now able to feed video from the D6000 to the monitor. However, the display resolution won't allow for 3840 X 1080, instead it is limited to 1920 X 1080.
