Default Mac drivers back in beta?

I seem to remember a time that these drivers were not in beta. Was I imagining this or did displaylink put their drivers back into beta after numerous complaints?

1.6 has never been a product release: the last product release was 1.5. So at the moment the only release that supports a 64 bit kernel is a beta unfortunately.
Before moving 1.6 to a product release there are a few bugs that have to be fixed.

Are you guys testing anything new with the OSX Lion 10.7? They are on their second developer seed as of today and getting closer to launch.

Last I tested, your drivers were not compatible with the upcoming release.

Please advise.

Thanks,
John
