Macbook Air M2
Hi all,
I have just received MBA M2 (2022). It is in MacOs Monterey 12.5 and I installed DisplayLink 1.7.1. Unfortunately, even with my CalDigit hub, only one of my two screens is working. Do you have any tips for me please ? Adrien |

Hello,
CalDigit does not seem to be using DisplayLink technology in their products but can you share the exact model docking station that you are using?

Thanks for your answer. I'm using this model : CalDigit Thunderbolt 4 Element Hub.
It used to work pretty fine with my 2 LG screens and my Macbook Pro 2016. Thanks again for your help. |

This docking station does not use DisplayLink technology, which means it does not have our chip built into it. Because of it it will not communicate with DisplayLink drivers. Please reach out to CalDigit support to discuss issues you are seeing with this product.

Just in case, do you advise any other device? |

We do not sell any end products therefore I cannot suggest one specific device. I can only suggest to filter some of the products advertised on our website.
