Continually disconnecting reconnecting
Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Win8.1 Enterprise.
Lenovo USB 3.0 USB Dock All drivers are most recent and installed properly. Have gone to displaylink webpage on this issue and checked drivers, different cables and settings. Still same issue. Keep getting error saying USB device not recognized or malfunctioned and screens flash repeatedly throwing all open windows onto one screen afterwards. Have two dell monitors hooked to docking station and work with the laptop closed. Have tried with laptop open with same results. Attached logs. One log not connected to dock station and one log while connected to dock station. Please help. Been dealing with ths for over two months now. Just about to order a new docking station. Just updated the Lenovo DisplayLink Manager to newest version 8.0.....
Didn't fix the problem. |
