Default No displaylink-enabled display detected

Hi I have an M2 2022 Macbook air running MacOS Ventura Version 13.4.1 (c) (22F770820d). I am connecting it to a UD3900 and am getting the subject error which I assume is why neither of my two screens are displaying anything? Can you help me fix this please?
1 of my screens is connected via HDMI to the UD3900, and the other is via DVI cable. My mac is connected to the UD3900 via the cable to USB, which in turn is plugged into a Satechi adaptor which is then plugged into the mac via USB Type C.

If you have not already done so, I would suggest contacting Plugable (the makers of the UD-3900) directly for assistance --> https://plugable.com/pages/support
