Default Ubuntu 16.04, D1000 Docking Station, displaylink-driver-1.1.62

I installed the new display link driver on my Dell XPS13 running Ubuntu 16.04. I am using the Dell D1000 Docking Station with a HanStar Display.

The old driver actually worked on the XPS13 running Ubuntu 15.10. Unfortunately 15.10 was too flaky to use. I think the flakiness was part of the reason the display link driver was able to detect the display. Under 15.10, the D1000 was probably misidentified as a D3100.

Anyway, I have attach the zip file from the support tool.

If display link developers don't have a D1000 available, I can work with them. I don't think this will be a hard problem to fix.
