I've found out that it has a picture with dvi-d-sub converter on my old monitor, but with the dvi-hdmi converter on my hdtv not.
The same converter with a nvidia card works fine on the same tv. Is there a difference between the output signals? Is there any soulution for that? Thank you. EDIT: ------ Just to clearify the things. I've tried it on some PC's, and: - The situation has nothing to do with the other hw. - Neither the OS. It just gives some special signal, what the hdtv can't understand as a hdmi input. It's weird that a simple dvi output of a Nvidia card, with the same dvi->hdmi converter gives the right digital signal, which the tv can understand. Last edited by Xmister; 01-27-2010 at 11:27 PM. |
