Video streaming issue after enabling display link and adding another external monitor

Hi Team,

When I connect new monitor and use the display link for accessing the another monitor than Video streaming is not working only I can listen the audio but video is not showing .

MacOs version - Ventura 13.3.1
Display Link - 1.8.1

I had the same issue , chrome works when disable hardware acces, but apple tv still not working ,

It's no only Apple TV, but any streaming site (Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc.) over Chrome or Safari does not show video. You can only listen to the audio and see controls.

This only happens with the actual streaming of a movie or series. If you try the Trailers, they are shown completely.

Anyone with the same issue has already solved it?

This is an old issue.

Which browser are you using? I have had similar issues when using Safari and Firefox. I switched to Chrome and turned of Hardware Acceleration and I was now able to watch all streaming services in my external monitor using DisplayLink
