Default DiaplayLink not installing

I have bought a DELL XPS 13 9343 and a DELL MKS14 Dockstation.
I tried to install the software but i couldn't. At the beginning I saw the "License agreement", I clicked on "Accept" and after click, nothing happen.

I have only this file installed:

“C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\AppInstallerDisplayLinkCore_7.6.56275.0.d at”

And I have two drivers not installed (See attached picture)

I have upgraded all the BIOS revisions, updated all the drivers from DELL support, I tried to install DisplayLink_7.7M4 with the same result.

Attached is the log from your support tool

I tried in a asus based computer and all works fine. The problem is only on the XPS 13, I tried the same on two laptops XPS 13 9343

It looks like the drivers have not installed. You can try forcing the drivers to install by forcing them to update using the files from:

Audio: C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\AudioDriver
Ethernet: C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\CdcNcmDriver

I have this same issue on a new Dell XPS 15 and a Dell D3100 dock. In my case the AudioDriver and CdcNcmDriver folders don't exist so I can't force the update.

I was actually able to resolve this issue by installing the 7.4M2 drivers (from a Dell SuperSpeed USB 3.0 Docking Station) and then upgrading to 7.7M4 with the latest installer.
