Angry Ubuntu 18.04 drive install problem

Hello everyone, I'm trying to install the DisplayLink drive on Ubuntu 18.04 but the install process stops on:

"Adding udev rule for DisplayLink DL-3xxx/5xxx devices

Please read the FAQ
http://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/topics/103927-troubleshooting-ubuntu"

I'm using an ASUS X44C Notebook and just trying to install the driver to plug in my monitor on the USB port as it work on windows perfectly (I did a clean install of this ubuntu yesterday, now it is the only one OS I have).

Can you please help? Thanks.

This is a normal way for the installation to finish. What is the behaviour? If things don't work, can you post logs captured by the support tool?

Thanks
Michal
