I've not tested screen rotation because can't see such option in Preferences > Displays anymore? Attached are the only options I'm getting:
100% BUMP

macOS 11.4 and DL 1.4 on M1 = rotation options gone.
why?

If DL 1.4 was suppose to improve rotation performance, I am going to assume that being able to rotate the display is a prerequisite.....

Updated to macOS BigSur 11.4 (with DL 1.3.0) late last week and just noticed my LG 4K display now shows a max resolution of 1920x1080. Updated to DL 1.4.0, but still have the 1920x1080 max resolution.

I can confirm that resolutions are cut just to the FHD and low res. 4K.
Is it known issue ? Any info about this will be highly appreciated.

Yes well known this is what it is with displaylink. There is no information on why this limitation exists and if its displaylink or an Apple issue. Its been this way for a long time.

Just updated macOS to 11.5.1 and my 1 x Dell 49" native and 3 DL monitors are still wortking fine (using in horizontal mode). There's been occasional macOS crashes for the past 1.5 months though but am not sure if this is DL or just macOS related (no time to dig deeper atm).

Can anyone confirm macOS Monterey doesn't break DL Release: 1.5 | Sep 8, 2021?

Updated to macOS Monterey 12.0.1 on MBA M1 and so far all is working fine if not better with DL 1.5 Release: 1.5 | Sep 8, 2021 (still no screen rotation on M1).

All monitors are aligned correctly, settings/display arrangement are preserved when sleep/waking up as well as when closing and opening the lid. Will report as soon as discover any issues.

Same experience here - I saw a post on the DisplayLink ideas forum that the product roadmap has Screen Rotation on M1 Macs scheduled for release at the end of this month!

Fingers crossed for this being delivered on schedule.

Is this with a D6000? Several posts here have me holding off.
