I am able to attach my Vizio 4K TV directly to the XPS15 laptop and it runs with 4k resolution, however, I get no display when connecting to the TV from the D3100. It claims there is a VGA monitor attached, but none of the resolutions (all non-4k) produce any output.
I am attached to the D3100 via the USB 3.0 cable that came with the D3100. I am running Windows 10. I have installed and reinstalled latest drivers, including running the clean-up tool. I also tried with the DisplayPort to another monitor, and got the same issue, so I don't think it's specific to the Vizio. I basically have no display support through the dock. Anyone able to help? |

Hello Bill,
Could you create a tech support ticket with your logs to be investigated? Here is how: How can I report Windows installation issues to DisplayLink? Thanks, Alban
