Default Alogic DX3 with Macbook pro 16 2019 Sonoma

Hi, I am trying to configure two Samsung 4K monitors in the Alogic DX3 using the DP cables but they won't work. The only thing I could make work is a DP cable with an HDMI adaptor connected to the HDMI entry in one monitor, but only one. Also, doing so, the max resolution on that monitor is a weird 3008x1692.
I can connect both monitors directly in the mac with Thunderbolt-DP cables and get both monitors at 3840x2160.
I have a 1.10 version of the driver.
I am very surprised as the hardware is in theory ready for 3 DP monitors and I can't get even only 1 working.

Anything I am missing here?

Thanks

I use this dock with 3 DP Dell monitors all working fine 4K.

Are you trying to convert from DP to HDMI..? if so you need an active adapter at the dock end.

I have used this adapter with the DX3 and works fine

My Setup
Macbook Pro 16" 2019
6Core i7
AMD 5300M 4Gb
Intel 630 1536
16Gb DDR4
Sonoma 14.1.1

ALogic DX3
2 Samsung curved 4K

No, I am not trying to connect through HDMI, it happens the only way it works. If I connect the DP cables to the DX3, the driver seems to suffer, can't display anything on the monitors and the screen in the mac is blinking.
What I said, is that the only way I made it show something in a monitor, is using a convertor from DP in the DX3 to the HDMI entry in one of the monitors.

I have found this dock rock solid so it must be a cable or driver issue..

Here are my settings.

Also have you got everything enable in privacy and security non the Mac for display link..?

Hello,

If you are still having issues with the screens - please collect and send us logfiles that will show us a bit more about your setup.
The insruction is in the last link in my signature (4th link).

You can attach the logfiles to your response here or send the file with brief problem description to technical-enquiries@synaptics.com for faster assistance.
