Default All monitors blacken with Ubuntu 20.04

Hi,

I'm using a docking station with DisplayLink. I have a monitor connected using an HDMI port to the docking station. When I plug the docking station's USB to my laptop (with Ubuntu 20.04), both monitors (the laptop's and the one connected to the docking station) become black. I can still see a cursor, meaning the computer is alive. Unplugging the docking station doesn't help, and I have to shut down and start the computer again with the docking station unplugged to see again.
When plugging the docking station w/o a monitor plugged to it, it doesn't happen and everything's OK.

Of course, I've downloaded and installed the latest Ubuntu driver from https://synaptics.com/products/displ...wnloads/ubuntu
My laptop is an Acer Predator Helios 300 (it has a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU, my GPU driver version is 470.63.01)

Please help,
Thanks
