Default Dell D6000 and Alternative mode

Hi, I hear that there is an alternative mode for the Dell D6000 that is what the Macs seem to run on to get the monitors to work, is there a way to force this dock to this mode. I have had the D6000 sometimes successfully display the monitors connected up to the D6000 and sometimes after a reboot the external monitors won't work. Normally have to keep replugging in the monitors randomly and then it will randomly get the monitors to display again through this D6000. I am running MacOSX 10.14 with the DisplayLink 5.2.1. It is a 2018 13" Macbook Pro. Thanks.

Hi Supa,

Please update firmware on D6000 dock using that windows utility:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/uk...sal-dock-d6000

If that won't help please submit your logs using that tool:
