Default Poor performance in vertical mode / Dell D3100

Hi,

I've found that in vertical mode (screen rotated 270 degrees) everything is laggy in compare to "normal" (horizontal) mode.

OS: 10.12 (16A323)
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011)

Processor: 2,3 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphic: Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB

Dock station: Dell D3100
Driver: V3.0

Dell Inspiron 13 5000

Processor: 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7 7500U
Memory: 8 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Graphic: Intel HD Graphics 620

Dock station: Dell D3100
Driver: DisplayLink 8.4.3480.0
