Win 10 - MacPro using Bootcamp - 4K display - DisplayLink fails to system check

I have a Mac Pro running Bootcamp and Windows 8.1. Been running 1 4K display off of a Thunderbolt port, the 2nd using a Startech USB - 4K HDMI converter. Has run fine for 6 months.

Upgraded to Windows 10, ran end user cleanup from DisplayLink, and when trying to reinstall DisplayLink 7.9(m3) get the System Failed Check message, and cannot install the driver.

Recovered back to Windows 8.1, ran end user cleanup from DisplayLink, and reinstalled DisplayLink 7.9(m3) successfully. Everything runs fine on Windows 8.1.

Any ideas or suggestions?
