Default Can't adjust brightness or resolution

When I click on the DisplayLink Manager icon in the Win 10 taskbar, I get a menu with
Display Link Manager, Audio Setup and Video Setup only. No entry such as 2. FW16 . . . And that's the entry that DisplayLink support says one clicks on to access settings.

Clicking on DisplayLink Manager only shows the version number with no options.
Clicking on Audio Setup does nothing.
Clicking on Video Setup sends me to Win 10 display settings, but even if I click on Monitor 2, it won't change brightness, resolution or color settings.

So essentially I can't change anything, and the resolution is wrong and the brightness is dim.

I'm running Win 10 ver. 2004. No glitches on video output.
