CPU Usage - Windows Driver Foundation

Greetings,

I have the Plugable UD6950H dock which requires DisplayLink.

DisplayLink Driver version 9.2.2420.0
WIndows 10 Home
Version 2004
OS Build 19041.508
Date: 20200723

This issue does not occur before 08/20/2020.

My CPU usage is between 30-60% constantly while I have the DisplayLink running. Windows Foundation processes seem to be common in thread.

Is there a fix for this?
