Was there a solution to this? I'm facing same issue... tried DisplayLink cleaner still not working.

I too am having the same issue, tried every solution listed in this thread and nothing! I have USBs, Ethernet, Audio, but no displays. Code 31 on the displays, nothing I tried works! And after plugging my dock into an out of date laptop, everything worked fine, so I know the dock itself is working, it's just, it doesn't work on an up to date windows machine!
