Using DVI to DisplayPort adapter
I just got two new monitors that only have DisplayPort, HDMI, and VGA inputs. I have the Lenovo USB 3.O dock with only 2 DVI outputs. I tried using a DVI to Display port adapters, and DVI to HDMI adapters/cables and the signal doesn't get to the monitors. Any suggestions?

I have this exact same issue I have discovered. I have the USB3 docking station with one HDMI and one DVI port. Native HDMI works but I bought a converter cable (Amazon basics) to go from DVI to display port and no dice.
How do I troubleshoot this? |

Hello and welcome,
Would you please to use the third link in my signature and the customer support tool to create the ZIP file of your log files to post here? Only DisplayLink employees will be able to access it. I believe you probably have the issue as described in http://displaylink.org/forum/showpos...70&postcount=8 Kind regards, Alban
