Question Linux Support

I tried to get the monitor working on linux (Ubuntu) but although some ppl succeed / succeeded, me as linux noob couldn't get it to work.

Is there any chance of support for linux some where in the near future?
(since som ppl already have it working, it shouldn't be too hard for the dev's to help the rest of us on linux out?

Hi

You're using Windows basic mode, so you are seeing the same symptoms as the people in this thread:

Switch to aero and it should solve it.

It would be nice to know about Linux support. If there is, I am going to follow through and switch half of my systems over...

I know there are several Ubuntu success stories with USB Monitors.

The monitors do work in Linux, but depending on the monitor you need to do a little tweaking.
Several tutorials / guides out there.

Check first if there are ppl who have a monitor runing on the Linux OS you prefer, before you decide buying that specific monitor.

Lilliput UM-70 + Ubuntu works (with little tweaking yourself)
