Exclamation Attempt to change display settings cause freeze

Hello!

I found that any attempt to change display settings in Gnome Shell Wayland 3.34.1 on Ubuntu 19.10 amd64 with DisplayLink driver version 5.2 cause freeze. This issue is always reproducible, no matter what change I trying to apply - adjust scaling or rearrange screens. As workaround I had to switch back to Gnome Shell Xorg session, despite it works worse than Wayland session otherwise (more CPU load, more stutter, etc.)

Hardware:
Lenovo ThinkPad Helix X1 Gen1
Lenovo ThinkPad USB 3.0 Docking Station

Please let me know if this is known issue for DisplayLink developers or if it doesn't, what information I can provide to help reproduce this.
