Default Fedora 39 & U3HD338838397

Hi all,

System:

Fedora release 39 (Thirty Nine)
Kernel Version: Linux 6.6.8-100.fc38.x86_64

Adapter:

Manufacturer: DisplayLink
SerialNumber: U3HD338838397

I've tried both the "official" Ubuntu package (unsupported) and the RHEL/CentOS/Fedora git repo: https://github.com/displaylink-rpm/d...k-rpm/releases

The Ubuntu installer seems to work slightly better than the git repo, but I'm still not able to get my second display working (yet).

Any tips or hints?

Thanks!

You're on a 6.6.x kernel. This is probably the same problem I have on Debian. Kernel 6.6 is obviously not supported by the stable branch of EVDI. However, it works with the DEV version.

You can see if the instructions in this post are adaptable for Fedora: https://www.reddit.com/r/pop_os/comm...mment/kd5uqyw/
