WavLink WL-UG39DK1 not detecting second monitor

Hi,

I have two monitors connected to my desktop PC through a WavLink docking station (WL-UG39DK1)
Recently, one of the monitors has stopped being detected when connecting through the dock.
The monitor displays fine if I directly plug it to my desktop PC GPU, but not through the dock.
What's interesting is that my keyboard works fine when plugged up to the docking station.
I've tried following the debugging steps mentioned on the website with no luck.
I've updated the drivers to the latest for Windows 10.
Also, tried unplugging/restarting everything but it just won't detect.

Do you guys have any suggestions?

Same problem here.
In addition, from the second monitor not detected after a while, I also have my network connection via ethernet cable, which is no longer recognized ...
Who can help, please ?
