Unhappy Dell Latitude 5580 + D6000 dock with triple monitor

Hi

I am having issues with a triple monitor setup on a D6000 connected via USB-C on Windows 10 (latest drives/firmware), each monitor has the ability to do 2560 x 1440 but only one monitor is able to do 2560 x 1440, the other monitors only detect at 1920 x 1080 (connected via DP M2M DP).

Is this an issue with the DP cables? Dell Dock Firmware? your Drives for the Dock chipset?

Please help!

Thanks.

Hello,

There isn't unfortunately enough information to provide you with an answer.

Please attach the ZIP of the logs created as described in the last link of my signature. Collect the logs when you have the setup with everything connected as it should.

Being able to do dual 4Kp60, then it can do much less.

Regards,
Alban
