Hi there,
My 2011 MacBook Pro isn't picking up the hardware once plugged into the USB port. Latest Beta driver has been installed and laptop restarted. Is there anything I am missing? Cheers |

Your installation procedure seems correct, but to understand what went wrong, could you please use the debug tool here http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269, collect the debug info and post the output file? Thanks

Thanks for the logs. It seems that the DisplayLink device isn't recognised and that you're using a wireless USB dongle. Have you installed any specific driver for the wireless USB part? Thanks

You most likely need a specific driver for the wireless USB part, I would suggest to contact Wisair for this. Thanks
